In this role I establish clear, digital first, visual strategies and design direction guides for clients and production teams across QVC, QVC International markets & HSN. The creative direction is provided to the scenic, environment design, and brand strategy teams in conceptualizing, designing and creating new sets for events and televised / streaming productions.

As part of an award-winning portfolio at xfinity.com, I was part of the team responsible for the development of a transformational, digital-first experience for the organization. I worked with stakeholders companywide to not only redesign the visual presentation of the website, but to affect operational change to working processes and behaviors within the organization. The result was a substantial lift in NPS for Comcast, while helping to reestablish Comcast and a customer-centric organization.
Responsible for design direction, and design management of xfinity.com UX projects, specifically day-to-day campaign management for online acquisition. Ensures adherence to technical guidelines and design standards.
